JoJo made it through her PET scan and bone marrow biopsy without undue discomfort. A little morphine goes a long way. A nice break in the day. Now it is about waiting until Monday. We did spend some time with Dr. Ustun, her attending physician. He is optimistic about the test results. We aren't exactly sure what that means, so we will just ride it out and try to not over-think. We are encouraged that the anti-rejection drugs are slowly being withdrawn. JoJo is trying hard to keep her thoughts from getting too far ahead of the process. If nothing else, these past months have been one extraordinary exercise in patience development, and it is coming in handy once again. Stay tuned.
